P.S. Not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I suddenly look for a new job. I get up every morning at 6:30 am, shower, grab my coffee and walk downstairs on my daily routine exercise walk. There I settled into exercise for about 30 minutes to half an hour. I check LinkedIn, Facebook, and other sites for lead opportunities. By 10:00 am, I wrap up, take a short break, and readjust my mind. I then spend time doing things that bring me joy- I listen to music, go on walks, think on projects for my business, volunteer or go to the local library. I have been given something that I never thought I would have at the juncture of my career time. My advice to everyone who suddenly finds themselves looking for a job. Don’t sit by your computer all day, and do not use your smartphone all day. Get up early, do what you need to do- and then go ahead and take care of yourself. We will all receive our blessings; job offers soon from companies that value our experiences and character. Use the free time to work on yourself.
